We're back open

7th September 2020

After being closed this last few months, I'm very happy to say we are officially back open.

Its been a crazy few months at home during lockdown filled with different activities and remote school learning.  I am very grateful we are in an opportunity to reopen following COVID guidelines.  The studio has been prepared and is ready to welcome all our yogis back.

I cannot wait to see everyone.

Thank You all for your love and support this past few month, I truly appreciate your kindness.

All moved in

1st February 2020

We're all settled and moved into our new studio.  I'm really pleased with how the space has worked out and everyone has settled into classes really well especially our new yogis.

The studio has now had extra classes added into the timetable including Easter Holiday Workshops, Find Your Confidence Course & an Exam Prep course - I'll be working on different classes / themes to add in over the coming months so keep your eyes peeled.  We've even added Adult Pilates class with the lovely Gemma and Alyson too!

Thank You all for your love and support this past few weeks.

World Mental Health Day 2018

October 2018

Did you see the theme for this years World Mental Health Day?

Well, if you didn't it is "Young People and Mental Health in a Changing World" I already feel so strongly about getting emotional wellbeing into schools, as the data being published is nothing but heartbreaking finding out children are worried they have no one to talk to if they are worried or sad & that so many children have trouble sleeping at such a young age just to cover over this lightly.

Have a look at the campaign run by The Mental Health Foundation "Make It Count' their focus is truly inspiring focusing on putting emotional wellbeing into the curriculum as after all, young people do tend to be judged on academic performance with not much thought for their mental health with increasing pressures of life surrounding these young people, now is the time there has to be a change.
