Children's Yoga Classes​
Yoga helps children to understand and connect with their bodies and minds.
Starting yoga at a young age provides your child with tool to use not just when they are young, but for when they are an adult coping with simply living.
Our practice is a great variety of exercise, mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises that can easily be added into your lives, whilst we still understand how important it is to have fun too, which we have lots of in class!
We work with your child to introduce you to practicing yoga regularly, its very much a team effort. By introducing a yoga practice into your lives it will give you the tools the help connect with your body, mind and inner self to give you coping strategies to deal with what ever life throws at you.
