Young Person Yoga Practice

Yoga helps teenagers to understand and connect with their changing bodies and minds, it allows them to grow whilst keeping them stable and secure throughout their changes. Starting yoga at a young age provides the child/young adult with tool to use not just when they are a teenager, but for when they are an adult coping with simply living.

Our practice is a great variety of exercise, mindfulness, meditation, breathing exercises that can easily be added into your lives, whilst we still understand how important it is to have fun too!
